# CTAO Science Portal: content

so editorial history stays clean and publishing never mixes with development.

## How to edit
|
|
|
|
Editors use the visual editor at the portal's `/admin/` page (sign in with a
|
|
Gitea account). Every save is a commit here, and the site republishes
|
|
automatically within seconds. Direct git commits work exactly the same way.
|
|
|
|
The portal code lives in the `ctao-portal` repository; its build overlays
|
|
this repository's content and renders the static site.
|
